This privacy policy is a draft and must be adapted to the specific data processing activities and legally reviewed.
For job matching we use only the cleaner's DECLARED location (home base) and their work radius — never a live GPS position.
A cleaner's live location is captured only during an accepted job (en route until done) so the customer can track arrival, and is deleted afterwards. There is no background or continuous tracking.
After 11 months of inactivity we send a reminder, and after 12 months a final notice. With no response, the account is then deactivated and anonymised.
Logging in, or confirming the link in the email, resets the inactivity timer. Invoice data is retained for 10 years per Art. 958f of the Swiss Code of Obligations.
